The CATCH Study will:

● Record the middle cerebral artery using trans-cranial Doppler (TCD) of 50 patients enrolled in the CISCO study

● Identify the number and type (gaseous and particulate) of emboli occurring during the procedure

● Identify if there is an association between emboli type or number and cognitive change
